How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please email our customer support team at support@launchsa.co.za. Include your order number in the subject line and provide a detailed explanation of the issue, along with any relevant photos if possible.
Once your request is received, a member of our dedicated support team will contact you to walk you through the next steps and assist with your return.
Refund Processing Time
We aim to process all refunds within 7 business days of receiving your returned items, ensuring a swift resolution to your request.
Our Return Policy
To ensure a smooth return experience, please review the following guidelines:
- Timeframe: Returns must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Beyond this period, handling fees may apply, and no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- Restocking Fees: A fee of 15% to 30% may be applied to returned items, depending on the circumstances.
- Condition of Items: All products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Items that are stained, painted, or altered in any way will not be accepted.
- Modifications: Launch SA will not process returns for items that have been modified or tampered with.
- Reason for Return: Please provide a specific and detailed reason for your return (e.g., “the bumper bracket is misaligned” or “the headlight casing is chipped”). General statements like “defective” or “doesn’t work” will not be accepted.
- Warranty Coverage: Products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This does not include damage from normal wear and tear.
- Promotional Items: Purchases made during promotions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Special Orders: Items ordered specifically for you are not eligible for return.
- Formal Process: All returns and exchanges must follow our official procedures—verbal requests or handwritten notes will not be honored.
- Replacements Only: If a product fails due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll provide a replacement; cash refunds are not offered.
- Installation Requirement: Warranty coverage applies only if the item is installed by a certified technician. Failure to comply voids the warranty.
- Liability Limitation: Launch SA is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages caused by product failure. Our obligation is limited to supplying a replacement item.
- Processing Time: Allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once we’ve received it.
Additional Charges
Returns may incur handling and shipping fees, which will be deducted from your refund. For electrical components, additional costs for testing and repackaging may apply to ensure they remain suitable for resale.
Installation Requirement
To maintain warranty coverage, all products must be installed by a qualified professional. It’s your responsibility to provide proof of proper installation if a warranty claim arises.
